There are not many better feelings when you buy a domain name, and then ultimately sell it for a decent profit. The endorphins kick in and it feels fantastic. I still feel this way even after many years in the trenches.

I’ve been buying and selling Aussie domain names for over 20 years, and I reckon I’ve learned a thing or two about what works – and what doesn’t.

In the early days, I made heaps of rookie mistakes. There were no courses, so trial and error was the learning method. Like most people starting out, I registered a lot of crapola! Fortunately, my mistakes weren’t too costly.

I’d like to share my hard-learned methods for free

Over the years, I’ve happily given advice to anyone who asked, and I also mentored quite a few people who are successful today. And I did it for free because I definitely believe in the adage that “a rising tide lifts all boats”.

This year I am going to take on some “students” and give them the benefit of my experience and knowledge in relation to Aussie domain names.

My first intake is open to 11 people only (cricket team symbolism). I am the selector and coach.
