If you purchase one of our domains and change your mind for any reason, we will refund your purchase price (subject to some minor terms and conditions – see below).

Terms & Conditions

There is a small administrative fee of $85 for all refunds – this covers the Change of Registrant cost both ways.
A full refund less $85 will be processed when the domain name is back in our control. If applying for a refund, you simply need to change the registrant contact email back to one we nominate.
Refunds are not applicable to any weekly special domain names.
Refunds are not available if you have acquired the .au domain as a result of your initial purchase.
