How long will Profit keep my data?
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary or required by law. If you delete your Profit account then your personal information is deleted, and the remaining information is kept for analytical purposes.
Will I be contacted for marketing purposes?
With your permission and/or where permitted by law, Profit may also use your data for marketing purposes which may include contacting you by email or text message or post with information, news and offers on Our services. We will not, however, sell your information to any third parties or send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that We fully protect your rights and comply with Our obligations under the applicable legal requirements.
We may use information which we hold about your visits to show you relevant advertising on third-party sites (e.g. Facebook, Google). This could involve showing you an advertising message where we know you have a Profit account and have used Profit services. If you don’t want to be shown targeted advertising messages from Profit, some third party sites allow you to request not to see messages from specific advertisers on that site in future.
Will Profit share my personal information with anyone else?
